📦 Damaged on Arrival
If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Keep all original packaging materials, including:

Box
-
Padding
-
Tube packaging
-

Take clear photos of:

The outside of the package
-
The inside packaging
-
The damaged artwork
-

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf and arrange either:

A free replacement, or
-
A full refund
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Because every artwork is hand-painted to order:

Custom or hand-painted artworks are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns

If your artwork has a quality issue, such as:

Severe cracking

Major damage
-
Significant craftsmanship defects
we will provide a replacement or refund

Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the buyer’s responsibility
We always put quality first. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Once our artist begins creating your painting, the order can no longer be canceled.
