Refund & Return Policy for Hand-Painted Oil Paintings

Every painting is hand-painted with care and attention to detail.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


📦 Damaged on Arrival

If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Keep all original packaging materials, including:

    • Box

    • Padding

    • Tube packaging

  2. Take clear photos of:

    • The outside of the package

    • The inside packaging

    • The damaged artwork

  3. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf and arrange either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Because every artwork is hand-painted to order:

  • Custom or hand-painted artworks are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns

  • If your artwork has a quality issue, such as:

    • Severe cracking

    • Major damage

    • Significant craftsmanship defects
      we will provide a replacement or refund

  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the buyer’s responsibility

We always put quality first. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Before creation starts (within 24 hours of order) ✅ Full refund
After creation has begun ❌ No cancellation
After painting is completed & shipped ❌ No cancellation

Once our artist begins creating your painting, the order can no longer be canceled.

⏱ Refund Timing & Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

    • Credit card

    • PayPal

    • Other original payment channels

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If you believe your artwork has a quality issue and we cannot reach an agreement after reviewing the evidence:

  • We will work with you in good faith to find a fair solution, such as:

    • Partial refund

    • Store discount

    • Return with shared shipping costs

  • If no agreement can be reached, either party may contact:

    • PayPal

    • Stripe

    • Other payment providers

    • Third-party mediation services
